Refund Policy
We offer a no questions asked, money back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return at least 80% of the products that you bought, unopened and via a tracked delivery service and we will refund your purchase, less the fees we incurred in originally shipping the delivery to you. As our orders are processed and shipped in real time we are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed.

Delivery Policy

Any free shipping offer only valid within Australia. Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $100. Discounted $9.95 flat rate shipping available for other orders. Supersia product delivery is handled by 3rd party logistics providers in Australia. Once your order has been confirmed and the payment fully processed the appropriate logistics company will be notified and instructed to dispatch your order. These logistics companies make use of Australia Post and other courier companies. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of your payment being finalised and you should expect to receive your goods soon thereafter. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery before contacting us to request information regarding the status of your order, but in most cases we expect delivery to happen much faster than that.

Customs Duties and Importation Charges
By purchasing you agree that you will be responsible for any applicable fees or charges associated with clearing customs in your country. The fees and charges vary from country to country, and are not always triggered, but if there are any payments required to enable delivery the obligation to settle the account with customs will be with you, the customer.
